2. User Conduct
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. You must not:
• Distribution of harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harassment of other creators or viewers
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or discovery algorithms
• Engaging in fraudulent monetization practices
3. Creator Monetization
Creators and Agencies agree to the revenue share models specified in their partnership agreements.

• [object Object],: Agencies may earn 10-15% of referred creators' withdrawals.
• [object Object],: Processed through our secure Coin system and subject to verification.
4. Intellectual Property
Specula respects intellectual property rights. By streaming on our platform, you grant us a limited, global license to distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services. You retain all other rights to your original content.
5. Limitation of Liability
Specula is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any interruptions in service caused by technical issues or maintenance.
